Your Price Tracking App for Smarter Shopping

I Cleaned My Online Cart Like It Was My Closet,
And It Was Weirdly Healing

I didn’t expect a random Thursday night scroll through my favorite shopping apps to turn into an emotional cleanse. But there I was, sitting on my bed, staring at multiple virtual carts full of things I’d forgotten, things I almost bought, and things I was weirdly attached to. It felt a lot like standing in front of my actual closet, realizing I hadn’t worn half of it but still couldn’t bring myself to let it go.

Some items had been in there for months. A mug I convinced myself I needed after a stressful week. A pair of shoes I didn’t really love but felt pressured to buy because “limited stock.” A planner, my third, because maybe this one would finally make me organized. It was digital clutter, yes, but also emotional clutter. A little graveyard of almost-decisions, abandoned wants, and hopeful versions of me.

So I started deleting. One by one. Asking myself the same questions I use when decluttering clothes: Do I actually want this? Would I buy it today at full price? Am I only keeping it out of guilt? And surprisingly, it felt good. Like I was making mental space, not just digital space. But there were a few items I still wasn’t sure about. Not ready to commit to, but not ready to let go of either.

That’s when I opened Wayyti. Instead of just deleting those items and risking future regret (or worse, panic-buying them later), I tracked them in the app. No pressure, no decisions. Just saved it and walked away. It was like handing over the mental burden to a little pocket assistant that would ping me only when the timing (and price) was actually right.

Decluttering my cart gave me clarity, not just in my spending, but in how I handle decisions. It reminded me that we hold onto so many little “what ifs” in life, especially when it comes to stuff. But sometimes, the most freeing thing you can do is pause, release the pressure to buy right now, and let something else hold the space for you.

And in my case? That something was Wayyti.
