To make the account deletion process as simple and transparent as possible, we’ve provided step-by-step instructions on this page.
This ensures you can easily find and follow the process without needing to navigate through the app.
Please note: deleting your account will erase all your tracked items, preferences, and data. This action cannot be undone.
Launch the Wayyti app on your device and log in if you’re not already logged in.
From the home page, tap on your username displayed at the top-left corner of the screen.
This will take you to your User Profile page.
On the User Profile page, tap on Account Settings from the list of options.
Scroll to the bottom of the Account Settings page and tap on Delete Account (displayed in red).
A confirmation screen will appear with the following message:“Are you sure you want to delete your account? All information, including your shopping preferences, will be removed. You cannot undo this action.”
If you’re sure, tap Yes, Delete My Account to confirm. Alternatively, tap Cancel if you’ve changed your mind and do not wish to proceed.
Once you confirm, all your data will be permanently deleted, including tracked items, notifications, and login information.
If you change your mind after deletion, you’ll need to create a new account to use Wayyti again.
