How to Delete Your Wayyti Account
We’re sorry to see you go! To make the account deletion process as simple and transparent as possible, we’ve provided these step-by-step instructions on this page. This ensures you can easily find and follow the process without needing to navigate through the app.
Please note: deleting your account will erase all your tracked items, preferences, and data. This action cannot be undone.
Steps to Delete Your Account:
- Open the Wayyti App: Launch the Wayyti app on your device and log in if you’re not already logged in.
- Go to Your Profile Settings: From the Search page (home page), tap on your username displayed at the top-left corner of the screen. This will take you to your User Profile page.
- Access Account Settings: On the User Profile page, tap on Account Settings from the list of options.
- Select 'Delete Account': Scroll to the bottom of the Account Settings page and tap on Delete Account (displayed in red).
- Confirm Deletion: A confirmation screen will appear with the following message:"Are you sure you want to delete your account? All information, including your shopping preferences, will be removed. You cannot undo this action."
- If you’re sure, tap Yes, Delete My Account to confirm.
- Alternatively, tap Cancel if you’ve changed your mind and do not wish to proceed.
What Happens Next?
- Once you confirm, all your data will be permanently deleted, including tracked items, notifications, and login information.
- If you change your mind after deletion, you’ll need to create a new account to use Wayyti again.
